Hubpages BETTER than Helium

The word "p*nis" is a normal word which eans a part of the human anatomy, but I don't think that Helium dot com thinks so. Days ago I was responding on its to-often-censored community board when a certain Muslim dotor reacted to a comment I made about women. I pointed out that women are not inferior to me and " it doesn't mean you're superior just because you were born with a p*nis, rational thought has nothing to do with biology".

Aha! The Islamist doctor replied that in his religion "p^nis" was a "bad word". It get's more hilarious. He added that the word "penis" should only be used when one is discussing medical matters. I wante dto say that YES, I was because "thinking" and rationality is a medial matter. Of course, I also wanted to say "d**ck" out of sheer frustration but civility prevailed.

Thus, most agreed with me but one Helium "steward", who is known as "Ms. PMS" chided me as being hateful towards the "good doctor". To make things worst, she said that I should know more, though admittedly I know more than her (but I am too modest to say it. She eve practically was foring me to apologize to the "good doctor" for saying a perfectly natural word.

Helium dot com is an American site so it becomes difficult for me and my friends to understand this "mode of self-censorship" we must practice. When nutty fanatics begin to dictate what we are supposed to write and NOT supposed to write, I say it's a dangerous precedent. It curtains our freedom of expression. Helium dot com should put a STOP to this kind of dangerous appeasement.
